Cards that are removed as a cost can perform well beyond their face value if used well with 《Punishment Dragon》and Black Luminous.

《March of the Dark Brigade》can be said to be a pair of 《Charge of the Light Brigade》. However, for that side of the search, this side is a salvage. Considering that it's possible to revive with Luminous of Light and Darkness, it's a little questionable whether there's any point in going out of your way to salvage it. Of course, there may be a way to collect that Luminous itself, but if you think about flexible operation, 《Monster Reincarnation》is easier even considering the cost.

That said, it's not as user-friendly as it used to be, and the way it's used is different.
It's a salvage, so it's not the first move, and it's a random exclusion instead of sending him GY.
In Lilo, random exclusion can't be used that much, and since it's random, it's doubtful that you can earn a lot of commandments, and there's a danger that Shirayuki and Judgment Commandments will be blown away.
That being said, it's a card that can be banished by just activating his Spell without going through his GY, so although there is some uncertainty involved, it might be worth considering as a means of activating Twilight Luminous on the first move.
